I have a 98 Sooner GN that has the drop down windows and the jail bars (well horizontal bars). Last summer a horse got a little nervous and wanted out through the window. The bars are extremely bent, and I have the window locked shut, otherwise it won't stay shut, because the frame that holds the bars is bent something aweful too. My question, is there a replacement part for this or a good way to fix it? The weld is almost broke on one bar from trying to get it bent back into place. The horse did not get hurt by the way.

The easiest way to effect a repair might be to contact Sooner for a replacement frame and bar assembly. You could contact a fabricator and get an estimate on a repair, but when you consider his wages and materials, it might be more expensive than an OEM part. I would try both for pricing and then plan your course of action.
