If you have any type of wood in your trailer,or carpeting,ect.you really need some type of vent in the BR,not to mention for other reasons besides the moisture.
We already had a vent with a small fan in our LQ but we had a MaxxAir installed which is what they put in the big "pushers." I realize not everybody wants that kind of a vent in their LQ trailer because they are not cheap.But you can reverse the fan to cool off the bathroom or trailer itself if it has been sitting awhile in the heat,and it provides excellent ventilation.
Regardless of what you chose,I definately recommend a vent with some sort of fan.

You really don't need a vent cover.... I guess if you plan on driving with the vent open it might be good. The Shurflo fans look good and the Fan-tastic fans look good. I have a Fan-tastic fan right over the middle of the bed, makes warm nights much nicer, just turn the fan on and open the window and you have a nice breeze over you. Mine also has the thermostat and rain sensor..... I really don't use the thermostat but the rain sensor is nice if you want to leave the fan on to keep the trailer cooler, it shuts the vent when it starts to rain.
The white lids on the vents tend to be destroyed by the Texas sun, but for $15 you can replace it when the white one dies..... I used a smoke colored one.

I had 2 of the MaxxAir 12V power vents installed in my LQ's. One in the bathroom (which is a must if you have any wood in the LQ's as mentioned already) and the other over the bed. I can really get a good flow of air thru my LQ's by using both at the same time - one being vented "out" while the other's vented "in". Saves on having to use the A/C so much. Plus I have the MaxxAir vents over both of them too - great at keeping out the rain so you can still use them without getting wet.
