After 3 years, I finally got the CB put in my truck.   LOL!
I need a 'handle'....but Road Kill leaves the door open for way too many puns.  LMAO!

What are the common channels?  19 and 40??
I know 9 is for emergencies only and my CB has NOAA built in.
So for giggles and traffic (and cop location - hehehe) what are the best channels for that?

Channel 19 is the normal, common one we all use.  9 is for emergencies, but hardly no one ever monitors it anymore, you'd really have better luck staying on 19 to try & get help if the need ever arised.  Some companies have a "company channel" that thier drivers use to talk to one another.  If you're ever on chanel 19 and hear someone tell someone else "go to company" that's what they mean, go to their "secret" channel as to not disturb everyone else while they chat.

Hope this helps, talk to y'all later...
