HI all!
I have a nearly new Kipor 3000 generator that has only been run 3 times. We live in the midwest and recently had to break it out when we lost power due to the ice. It ran like a champ, but a day after we stopped using it, it started leaking all the gas out of the bottom. Has anyone had this same problem? Please help. Natalee

You'll have to determine from where the fuel is leaking; carburetor, fuel tank, fuel line etc. It may be a loose hose clamp on a fuel line fitting, an offset needle and seat in the carb, or a ruptured fuel line or tank. You will need to look it over and determine where the problem is located, before you can get advise on how to fix the problem.
Wipe the area down with a rag, then you can see where it gets wet again.
DO NOT RESTART the generator until the source of the leak is discovered and repaired and the entire wet area is washed and cleaned.

I need to take my camper and generator in. The generator used to run everything but the microwave at the same time now when just the ac kicks on starts bogging down and trips the breaker. I think its the camper though because at the fair grounds it tripped the breaker a few times too. Mice probally ate a wire!!
