I have a new (to me) 2001 Sundowner aluminum 2 horse BP with dressing room. The sliding windows on the horse compartment are very hard to slide. I tried spraying them with WD-40 but all I did was make the windows dirty and get black streaks on the white aluminum skin. What is the best way to loosen the windows so they slide easier?Pat

I use CRC brand spray silicone, pick it up at walmart or your local auto parts store. Open the windows and spray the window track, when you are finished do the same to your tow vehicle, you'll be suprised how well it works.

I agree with using the silicone spray, but I would wash out the track with soapy water and rinse first. Then after spraying the silicone, wipe off anything that run down the trailer.
