I am looking to add the drop down bars to my old Hurricane surviving Featherlite.  its a 1997.. but it took a licking and keeps on ticking...

Location: Louisville, KY		I would say that your best bet would probably be to contact their parts department directly...that is the only was that I can think of that would ensure a correct fit.
