I need help pricing a trailer.  I have NO intention to sell it over the forums; if I do anything, I will purchase an ad.  I will not disclose any info on selling or location of the trailer until I purchase an ad.  I just need help coming up with the sale price.  Thank you!

I would check with a dealer, they can usually give you a pretty accurate price on what it is worth.

There are very few questions not allowed.  But any horse trailer question is welcomed.

I would suggest you do a search of this site for similar trailers.  Then you'd get an idea of what people are asking for theirs.

Thank you.  I have searched, but I have not seen a trailer just like this one.

Do you think it would be okay to post a description?

It sounds like an unusual trailer.  How about posting a picture of it, or put it in the albums.  I think it would be interesting to see.

I don't have any photos at the moment, and the trailer is in storage.  I will take it out in a couple of days and snap some photos.

It's a '93 CM.  It's a 2-horse SLANT bumper pull (steel) with drop down windows on the "head" side (sliding windows on the "butt" side).  It also has rear tack (with saddle racks and bridle hooks) and has a large dressing room (with more bridle hooks and a place to hang clothing).  The floor is SOLID and the trailer has been well cared for.

I searched for a CM like this, but did not see one on this site.  Any ideas about pricing?

There are a few 2HS steel BP's that have sold in the $3500 to $4000 range, You can buy a new one for just under $5000 so there you go.

Slants with drop downs, not just stock trailers?  I've seen a lot of straight loads and stock trailers but very few like mine.  Thanks for helping!

Here's a brand new trailer.   The butt side bus windows were likely a special order.

You'll have to price accordingly for age and condition.

Thank you!!  That one has an escape door just like mine, too.

So, do you think $3500 would be fair, or too much?  Like I said, it's in great condition,  but it is a '93..

The 2HS stands for 2 Horse Slant, I looked them up that's where I got the pricing from.
