We used a 5 gallon bucket of hot water with a squirt of dish soap and 1 cup of bleach.  Unroll the awning and apply the soapy solution with a long handled brush or a sponge mop then rinse REALLY well with the hose and allow it to dry in the sun.  It's best to do it in sections so the soapy solution does not dry before it is rinsed.  When you think you've rinsed it well enough, do it one more time!!

Some folks say not to use bleach on them but I have done this every spring and have never had a problem.

RIDE ON!

Simple Green is an awesome product, however, I can't use it because it gives me terrible headaches!! I don't have a clue why, but it does!!
