I had a Double D trailer a while back.. It was a good steel trailer for the price.  Some of the features are a bit kugee rather than polished like the major brands.  (the stall latches in particular)

BUT... everyone has different price points.

thanks for the info. I have a 1996 sundowner 3 horse trailer. no living quarters and it's seen better days used alot. don't get me wrong it's been a very good trailer looked at sundowner lq.trailers but they were very high priced for very few opitions. and out of budget range for awhile.had to get new truck. had to put my old one out of it's missery.also found a adams. looks like nice trailers.any more opinions appricaited

They build a nice trailer but it is still a steel trailer subject to rust. There are alot of good used LQ's that are Alum. and cost about the same in some cases some less. I spend the extra money or so and go with the Alum. trailer.
