I am a first time buyer. I am looking at a '97 Logan champ 3 horse slant load and a '98 CM 3 horse slant load. Both have A/C in front dressing area and rear 3 saddle tack area. Both have drop down windows. Can anyone offer pros or cons with either of these brands or other things I should look for in comparing them?

Thanks, Jim

Having just been through this experience I'd look at stall length if you have bigger guys.  Is the rear tack collapsible to allow versatility?  What about composition of sidewalls/floors/ one piece roof?  Not sure about CM but seem to recall they are decent steel trailers.  THe closing mechanism for the rear doors is very important- it seems the cam latch similar to what is on semi's is reputed to be the strongest.  I know Logans are big out West and seem to have a good reputation- esp. for the steel products.  I purchased the XTR (alum. over steel) in MI and am very pleased with the durability factor.  Good Luck!
