I have heard alot of good things about them. Although I have not bought from them since they changed ownership from when it was Champagne Trailer Sales. Of course, I think EVERY dealership has those few stories going around about bad events. Sometimes it's not the dearlership but they way the customer handled the problem too, who knows. Just remember, most of us have only heard one side of the story. The only issue I've heard was a misunderstanding over warranty on living quarters on an Exiss. They ended up switching to the Sundowner thru the same dealer after some heated debates, phone calls etc. I think they are happy now. Good Luck!

They have been a big supporter of the Kansas Paint Horse Congress and have donated a trailer the last two years. I have found them to be very pleasant and professional to deal with.

I am acquainted with the Holtons through the dealer network, and know them to be nice, honest, decent folks. Thanks, DON SMITH, OWNER, DIXIE HORSE & MULE CO.

Hello everyone, I appreciate the kind words from everyone here. My name is Ryan Holton, owner of Holton Trailer Sales. As every new dealer, I will be the first to say that yes we have had growing pains, but we dont just want your business, we work to earn it. Everyone deserves the same respect when they come through our doors, no matter if it is for service, sales or just to say hello. I appologize Mrs. Fitzgerald if you dont feel the same, I know we have worked with you for 2 1/2 years now, from when you fist ordered your sundowner living quarter from us to just recently purchasing a pre-owned Keifer. Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss what we can do to help. Thanks again everyone.

Thanks Ryan for the quick response. I haven't been able to get anyone to respond via email at the dealership since the title issue was resolved. Please call me at your convenience. There is an issue regarding the recent trailer that I believe I was mislead on. I would like to resolve this issue asap.

I found them to be first class and trust me, they do good work for the low end folks cuz I am one of them.
I own a Titan GN trailer and needed it wired for electricity. Via the phone I made the drop off appt, left the trailer and the next day my trailer was ready! I've thanked them every time I plug into my generator or electrical hookup. If there comes a time that I can upgrade to nice small LQ they will be the first place I visit.
