Just wanted to share a GOOD experience with a trailer manufacturer.  Without going into a long story, I started having a problem with my 2000 CM trailer this past Summer.  The dealer I purchased it from is now out of business (and was really never much help after he made the sale, anyway) and there are no other CM dealers within 100+ miles of where I live.  I wasn't sure how to fix the problem so I contacted the factory for some help.  Though I had a bit of a problem getting in contact with the right people, when I did, they were extremely helpful, explained what had caused the problem, and offered to replace some very expensive parts, free of charge, if I could arrange to have them installed.  I thought this was a pretty fair deal, as the trailer was 5 years out of warranty.

Just wanted to let you know there is a manufacturer that will stand behind their product and go out of their way to keep a customer happy.
