I have a 2001 Keifer Built Genesis. I have pits in the floor. Who do you contact and how do you fix this problem? Thanks
Hi and Welcome.
I suggest you first contact the dealer, if you bought it privately contact the seller and the factory. Either way have a pro look at it.
It depends how deep and how bad the pits are.
If your floor has disintegrated it will probably need to be replaced, or at least patched e.g. if you can actually SEE THROUGH it in places. If it is just cosmetic, or even if it is holed through in places that really don't matter - SELL IT (-:
Joking aside, if this is a SMALL area in a corner where horses don't tread but urine stands due to poor drainage, it might not matter. Just wash it out more frequently.

thanks
I am going to contact Keifer and see what they suggest. I am afraid I am going to have to replace the floor. I will be selling the trailer no matter what as I have not been happy with the workmanship on this trailer at all.
