I use a pair of air bags on the rear of my Ford , F350 . I have been very happy with the ride quality . I purchased mine from camping world , they also did the installation . When I was checking them out I found that several of the camp trailer dealers were selling them . I had some trouble with my turn over type hitch in the bed of the truck , so make sure the air bags are compatibly with your hitch .

We installed Timbrins on our Dosge Ram 3/4ton. Our gn lq weighs in at 14,000 lbs. The timbrins don't affect the ride when empty but do cusion the load when hooked to the trailer. We also had Timbrins on our old '94 F250. I'm very happy with them.

I put them on the back of a CHev 1 ton about a month ago.
Unfortunately it wasn't in time for the coast to coast and back trip.
THIS week I got to do a Mass to Maryland and back trip on the evil I-78.
I am pleased to report that the difference is VERY SIGNIFICANT at about 65 psi, they can go to 100 psi.
BTW, the kit is kinda cheesy. They have a few slightly different air bags and a LOT of kits that are made up of stamped plates and carriage bolts - ICKY engineering at it's worst (-:
Be very sure that you order for the right F250, if it has a box on you will probably be OK with the regular kit, if it was a chassis/cab when it left the factory it may have different underguts, which was what delayed my install.
About $250 web/mail order for the DIY kit, about double that if you also want an on board compressor (I didn't, yet).
