I looked at a new 4-Star trailer with the Quiet Ride system and had a hard time opening and closing the butt bars. Once I had the butt bar opened, it took several attempts to close it. Then I tried to unlock the vertical rear post and while the bottom worked, I couldn't move the top. Is that just because it's new or needs some grease? Does anyone have long term experience using it? Thanks!
