Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Am leaning towards the one piece fiberglass shower designed for the slant wall.

Sorry to see no replies to your post... I was hoping for some info on putting in a corner slant wall shower too!

Hope the company that sells them is willing to send instructions.

All I know (not much yet) is that the shower unit should be installed up off the floor to allow for a drain. I've seen (somewhere online) a grey tank that can be put under the shower insert too.

Also would need to leave room for plumbing between shower wall and trailer wall.

Looked into the shower heads that are also water heaters. They are fine if you will always have a power hook up but draw too much power if you ever plan to operate off of a battery.

Hope this is at least a little bit helpful...please let me know what you find out.

K

Those sound interesting.  Where did you see them?

Terri,

Here is the website for the shower head water heaters.

Do you have a shower in your LQ?

I always thought that a gray water tank was something one COULD do without if you add a shower. Put a water can type sprinkler head on the drain outlet under the trailer and away you go.

I looked at a cherokee that was done that way.  It had a tank for the toilet only, and the shower drained to the ground.

Thanks for the link.  I don't have a LQ yet.  I've done some work, but can't do much more until I get a bigger truck.  I want to make sure that I am not going over the axl weights.  I'm fairly close now.

At one of the facilities around here you cannot let ANY water drain to the ground. You can still do without the grey tank, just be sure you have the usual sewer end/hookup and valve so that you can run a line into the campsite dump instead of just out on the ground in case you're ever restricted from draining onto the ground. Hope that makes sense, LOL.
