I buy my ( white ) trailer tire covers from Northern Tool. I get about 2 years out of them. Click link below and search "Tire Cover" in Item box.

I recently bought a ( black ) spare tire cover on E-bay from this guy ( click below ), top quality cover! he also sells the white tire covers too.
