New to this group, needing some input. I bought a new Exiss LQ this year and I love it. I rarely use the AC but when I do, it does not seem to be cooling the trailer significantly. Today I decided to run a test, it is 102 degrees outside. The trailer is plugged in to a 30 amp outlet at home and early this morning I started the AC on 'High". I checked 8 hours later, the door was not opened all day and it is still 87 degrees in the trailer. What is the expectation of the trailer AC? can I expect that it should cool better than that?
This is a 8 foot short wall and I closed the bathroom door.
Thank you for any input you can provide.

Most RV air conditioners will cool to about 20* below outdoor air temperature. Other things can come into play as well- is the trailer sitting in the sun, humidity, are your windows and sky lights covered with reflective material?
