Hi So the previous owners of my trailer installed a nice laminate floor that held up for one season. Floor is now buckling, especially over the area where the tanks are. I am just looking for some insight on why this is happening and what to relplace this floor with. I like the laminate look, can I replace with laminate or will I experience the same problem again?

Are you certain there's no moisture getting to it? What type of subfloor is it on? I have seen a lot of laminate used and it generally gets good marks.

We have what is known as Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) in our living quarters and tack room in the barn. It's holding up very well. Also have it in our kitchen and dining room. In the house, the installer sealed the floor with waterproof glue then laid down the planks. That takes care of water from above. As stated in the previous post, you have to make sure water is not getting to your subfloor.
