I'm looking at a trailer that had water damage from not winterizing. The bathroom had to be replaced, floor and other things. Repairs were made by a trailer company. Is there any reason to not purchase this trailer?

If it was repaired properly, all should be good to go. Just depends on who did the repair (their capability) and whether they were allowed to really fix it, or were asked to patch it up to sell.
