Can anyone tell me where i'd buy a "lift" kit for my trailer? The truck and trailer, when connected are not level. My trailer sits back. I need to block the axel I was told. My husband wants to do this himself, but I have no idea where i'd buy what is needed. Can annyone help?

I don’t know of any “kits”. I had a local trailer / welding shop do this several years ago and they used heavy gauge square tubing between the axle and frame.

Same as above here. On my steel-frame, torsion-axle trailer, it was as simple as 4 pieces of 2.5-inch square tube. My local repair shop cut the axles off the frame and welded the tube back between the axles and frame. Other trailers may be more complicated if it has leaf spring axles or an aluminum frame. If your husband is capable of doing the work, he's capable of figuring out what materials he needs.

All depends on "YOUR" trailer. Some trailers have the axles welded and some axles are bolted.
With my Sundowner, the axles were bolted on. 3 inch x 1/4 wall square tubing pieces were sandwiched between the axles and frame. New longer grade 8 bolts and nuts hold it all together.

Thanks!
If he does NOT get those axles mounted square...you'll shred your tires BIGLY...

What they said. It is either you block the trailer or get a flatbed. I had a bumper pull trailer. I just bought a drop hitch at 4wheelonline| trailer hitches because my truck sits higher than the trailer.
