I have seen several trailers that have a soft foam matting underneath the regular rubber trailer mats. What do they call this matting, who manufactures it and where can it be purchased? Thank you, PE Logan

i call it cushioning mat, i used it in my old trailer and liked them pretty good. i did opt to go with the solid rumber flooring in my new trailer however.

Since you are in the area I'd call Turnbow trailers and ask if they can order you some. I know this was in fad for a few years but it's now not seen as much. I think the reports were that it's too soft and can cause more bouncing than desired and horses were having leg issues.
