Does anyone know a good place to buy a replacement fender that doesn't charge more than the fender costs to ship it? Fenders almost the same size from non horse trailer stores charge around $30 to ship. But for a horse trailer fender it's almost $150 in shipping. I am just trying to not get screwed. Thanks

Contact Sundowner directly for parts in Oklahoma, that is where I buy from when I need parts for mine. Always been much cheaper than my local dealers and get the parts within a couple of days.

Thanks for the advice but they want $147 for shipping. I work in vet med an I have had bigger much heavier equipment shipped to me for much less. They are being rediculous!

if after market fenders other than Sundowner need extra work to install a factory one may be cheaper than re engineering. find a local sundowner dealer and see if he can get it shipped to him in a trailer that they may have being built.

Kooner has the right idea. Our parts that we order from Sundowner, usually always come on one of our new Sundowner trailers that's being delivered. Find the nearest Sundowner dealer nearest you, and have the part sent that way.

We have a family farm and home store near us that stocks generic aluminum trailer fenders that fit our old trailer. These stores are in Michigan, not sure exactly in Ohio where you are located but they may be worth checking out.
