I have my fridge going on propane, in preparation for camping this weekend. It's set to high cool. I just checked, and I had one canned drink in there, and it's frozen. Is it just because I only had one thing in there? Do you ever use low cool?

do not know what brand of frig you have, but you should have a way to change the temp. either by dial or a tube that extends below the freezer compartment, if it is a tube moving it up is warmer.

The fridge cools using a pilot light. Turning the control lower reduces the flame and reduces the cooling action. Set the control so that it still freezes in the freezer and is cold in the main compartment. Generally, the items on the door remain a little warmer and the things at the bottom remain a little colder.
