I need some help and or ideas on cleaning up my old trailer I will try to post pics when I figure out how.
the joints on the side of my trailer are rusting and look awful im looking for the best way to paint / seal these joints so they don't stick out so bad and I don't get any more rust in my trailer.
I don't have the equipment to spray paint it.
I'm trying not to make it look as though I have glued the trailer together with caulk any ideas on how to make this look decent

That looks like a good cantidate for the sand blaster with special attention to the seams and joints.I would brush a good rust inhibiting primer ito all the joints and seams and then caulk them with a paintable automotive seam sealer Spray prime the whole thing, then sand and finish to get the "look" you want.

I just re-read the OP and see you dont have spray equipment.Various sized rollers and tipping the joints and corners out with a sash tool cut brush will give good results.
