Here's a question for you - if I want to buy a LQ trailer and it's less than 25k, but also less than 10years old, can I still finance it for 120 mos? For me to make it feasible (pay for itself), I need the payment to be less than $350/mo.

You are going to be hard pressed to get an interest rate low enough to make your deal work and many credit unions will give you only three years on USED RVs

Check with First Internet Bank of Indiana. I have gotten several really good trailer loans from them. Easy, easy to work with.

I just ran into the same thing... if you go to the website of a horse trailer dealer you'll find companies that will finance a living quarters. I just got approved for 43k, 144 months at just under 6% with 10% down. I went through CCI and require a different down depending on the purchase price and that the trailer is under 10 years as you've said. It seems easier to get financing on a used trailer that is being sold through a dealer from what I've found... but that may not be the case if someone is more familiar with the 'system'.Happy shopping!!Tracy
