Not sure what this means, apparently this has happened before, but I was wondering what happens to my warranty if Eclipse does go into Bankruptcy?

2 words, Bye Bye. Just ask any owner of a Kiefer Built, C&C, Silverlite, Cowboy Classics, Ponderosa, and many more that I'm not able to recall. All pretty good products from good people- but no longer in existence to honor warranty claims.

10702 new and used trailers for sale on HTW alone....  Someone has to build something very special to stay above water these day. A lot of folks upgrade to a new to them used trailer...... Can't afford to take that big hit in deprecation on that new metal!!! Pay 50K for a new run of the mill LQ trailer, pull it home and you couldn't sell it back to the dealer or anyone else the next day for 25K to save your life.

I totally agree, there is a big depreciation on a new trailer but if you buy it used chances are pretty good you can own it for many years and probably still get most of your money out of it.

Eclipse Aluminum Trailers
June 10
To all our loyal customers:
We would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you who we've had the pleasure to meet and deal with over the years. Without you we wouldn't be here.
That being said, we want you to know that we have temporarily halted production while we restructure and improve our operations, take inventory and prepare to resume production the week of June 8th (this week). All customers will be contacted to review the scheduled delivery of their units.
We are going back to basics and continuing to build the affordable high quality trailer which you expect. To this end, we have made some additions and changes to our personnel that will ensure that we operate efficiently and effectively as we move forward.
Again, we want to thank everyone for their loyalty to the brand as Eclipse Aluminum Trailers, LLC continues to be the #1 custom produced trailer in the market place. We appreciate your past patience and apologize for the delay in providing this update. Please continue to check our website and Facebook page for updates. Please do not hesitate to call us directly if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely:
Danielle Smith
