I am looking for a small weekender, 6' with a shower and a toilet. BUT I want it 8' wide... does anyone know of a brand of all aluminum trailer like that? I have a Kieferbuilt 14' LQ that is 8.5' wide. I need a small run around trailer and really don't want to go to 6' or 6.5' wide.thanks in advance.

I have a 2007 Elite I had them custom-build for me with a 6' shortwall x 8' wide x 7.5' tall. Now after having it several years, I sure wish it had bigger LQ's lol! As mentioned, most any trailer manuf can build you one like that & yes, they're hard to find in that size.

My friend has a really nice Exiss that is that exact configuration. She got a really good deal too. Paid like $34k or maybe it was $32k?Anyways she bought it and was brand new. Somewhere in Or near Reno Nevada I think? There is a dealer in Oregon who has a lot of these trailers.

I have a Lakota 6LQ 8ft trailer and really like the size. With the 8ft you have mangers and horses still have room and the LQ is not so tight. One bad thing about the 8ft wide is it is hard to see around and behind when backing and I highly suggest a back up camera. The wireless ones work fair but if you are buying a brand new trailer, have a hard wired one built in the first place
