my brakes appear to be working. When I am plugged into the truck there is a faint ticking sound coming from the trailer brakes. It clicks about every 2 to 3 seconds. Is this normal? or what do you think is the cause? It is like a ticking clock only somewhere between 2 to 3 or 4 to 5 seconds apart. The minute I unplug from the truck it stops.

Thank You for your help
Dennis

I don't suppose your trailer brakes are electric over hydraulic, are they?
