Has any one ever done it? Could it be done? Would it be hugely expensive, or would it cause way more problems than Imaginable. 7' roof height wanting to go 7'6". Newer aluminum roof.

Sounds like a major and expensive undertaking. Unless you're just completely and insanely in love with the trailer, I'd trade if I were you. But you could consider just raising the stall portion. I've seen a Bloomer that had a hay pod built into the body lines so the roof sloped up to the hay pod.

Thanks for the thoughts and reply's, I guess I pretty much new it wasn't a good idea but then was thinking maybe if some one had some storm damage roof work done, there might be some insight there. Not like totally in love with the trailer so holding out and trading off is the better option. Thanks again.

Storm roof damage is a totally different project than yours. Adding a 1/2 foot to the walls and then a new roof changes the trailer structure. Remember the horse doors will need to be changed too.
Also the dividers will need to changed too ... I know of a horse that got his head stuck between the roof and the top of the divider with tragic results. (I extracted the body)
