We just ordered a 4 horse bumper pull Platinum from Shinin B and Mr. Tommy Bradberry, it was the best experience I could ask for. Mr. Bradberry was helpful and even when I asked his opinion on things that he could have made more money on, he gave me examples of other options that may better suit my needs (having 2 small children and needing storage options.). I am so grateful for the help and professional way in which ordering my trailer was handled and it turned out beautifully! We did customize our trailer to our lifestyle and opted for mangers and drop down on both sides, and splint boot racks, these are Wonderful (Mr. Bradberry's suggestion)! When we first decided to buy a new trailer we spoke with several dealers and thankfully I found Shinin B, he directed me through this process and made it a smooth transition for such a large purchase. I studied several brands and Platinum was the one for us and when we pull it, it pulls like a dream behind our motorhome and is safe for our horses, Thank you Shinin B for all of your help on making our dream a reality.

Several years ago I bought a used older model LQ Featherlite from Tommy. I live in SC and had him take pictures of everything and I do mean everything. He worked out all the details including having the trailer shipped to me. Trailer arrived on time and it was exactly as described. I can't say enough good things about Shinin B. I'm now in the market for another used LQ. I have to say the ones that I have found that are further away most of the trailer dealers don't seem interested enough to take additional pics for me, answer questions or discuss shipping. I guess times have changed.
