XT/300 Limited, 10th Anniversary Edition, 2004, titled in 2005.3H GN with 4' short wall. Has extruded aluminum sides, Carefree awning, hay rack, air conditioner. A few minor issues like a broken bottom hinge on the dressing room door, broken load door hold back latch, missing center caps on 2 wheels, fender molding missing on one side. Trailer was mostly stored outside. Used mostly to haul a few times a year to local fairs, it was used on 3-4 long trips (MI, TX, MS).Given those details, is $16,000 a fair price?

The trailer Paul posted has none of the extras this trailer has. I think the repairs are all minor, less than $100 for parts and we can do it all ourselves.

It sounds like you have made up your mind. :) A trailer is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If you like it, and are willing to have the price, then go for it
