We used them when we bought our custom Cimarron in 2006. They were the only ones to offer replacement cost for the first 5 (I think it was) years. Although I thankfully did not need to place a claim, if I called with a question I always got a real person on the phone. If they couldn't help me right away someone would call back very quickly. After the five years was up we switched to our Farm Bureau policy. Still have full coverage at a slightly less cost. Hope this helps.
