2 horse gooseneck, minimal use, has a 6 ft. Sierra LQ conversion w/shower and separate bathroom, holding tanks, etc. Someone wants to trade it in on one of my horses, and I have no idea how much money I can get out of it. They want me to give them $20K value on it, and I've noticed you can get new ones for close to that. Any comments??

2H living quarters are not that common, so that is in their favor, but if I was looking I'd be more interested in it at the $16-18000 range. That's not scientific, but I've been cruising for quite awhile looking for something like that and have found several in that range.

Couldn't find exact comparables, 08', 6' LQ etc. The price will vary depending upon it being a Sport or Event model, with the later being more valuable. An XT exterior is an upgrade from the SS type etc. There are different interiors available from Sierra, some custom, some "cookie cutter", all pretty decent.
It may be difficult selling in today's market at top prices. You might consider a selling price between wholesale and retail if you want to move it in a timely fashion.
