Location: western PA		Featherlight was taken over in July of 06, Wells Cargo was in Oct 09, not sure about Sooner, Exiss or Miley.

Location: Missouri		Universal bought Sooner & Exiss in 2004 I believe. I know the 2005 models were made in the El Reno plant. I don't remember if Miley was bought at that same time or later. I know Featherlite was bought a couple of years later.
