Anyone have a new one?
You know the pickup version of the F450 is no more than the old F350 "tow boss" truck... Wide front axle with 4.30 gears, etc.... The cab and chassis version is a true F450, 19.5 wheels, big frame, big brakes, V10 gas, etc, simular to that of the F550.

I have a 2008 Ford F450 pulling a 32' polo trailer (12 horses). Has a 6.4L diesel, crew cab 4x4. Pulls great and has excellent turning radius. I would buy another although the newer ones have a 6.7L diesel. We have driven from Canada to Florida and back 4 times and the only complaint is that the fuel mileage isn't great in the mountains.

I have a 2011 F450 and all I can say is wow!!! It has pulled everything that I have asked it to pull without any problems. So far at 17k miles I have not had any issues with the truck. Hope this helps.

In my 2011 450 I am seeing about 12.6 empty and depending on what trailer I am pulling it is somewhere between 9.8 and 11.6. I am very pleased with the mileage considering its kinda hard to keep my foot out of the pedal with all that power.
