In the last month i have found THREE trailers for sale, all were scams. The same old story, iam in london right now but the trailer is in storage, you must go thru paypal and the trailer will be delivered to you type thing.
My question is this- how do they pay for their ad knowing they are running a scam? i mean the name they post on the scam is not for real. Do the owners of this site get ripped off also? If the owners of HTW have the real name and address of the poster, do they have some kind of recourse?
Funny it is not, but i also found the same trailers posted on craigs list-in different states.

when whom ever is posting a scam trailer ad on here and the owners find out about it, can't they take legal action?? they are using a fake name, fake address, fake everything! i know some are laughing, but it isn't a laughing matter. around here when people are scamming, local law gets involved big time.
i just don't understand how they can get away with it.

A lot of the scammer are in other countries were we ( USA law) can not get them, that is way they use pay pal and western union for payment- some e-mails have been taken so the scammer could get money from the owner family
