We are a small horse shelter located in Maine in need of a reliable and safe trailer. The floor has rotted out on the 1977 Bonanza and we have no one to fix it (or fix-it volunteer is facing a serious medical issue and can't deal with this at the moment). We are not looking for a freebie, we are just looking for a great deal on a new 3-horse BP trailer. We have raised some cash toward the purchase and are continuing with fundraising efforts (above and beyond the ongoing fundraising for day-to-day operations).

I would like to know if anyone could suggest a trailer manufacturer or dealer who might be willing to work with us on this. We could possibly do payments, depending on the amount. We currently have a little less than $2K to put down. We'd prefer something that is aluminum skin or treated steel (Galvanized steel?) and with the auto-quality paint - something that might last us a good while, however we will not be too picky if someone were to offer us a really fabulous deal.

As stated, we are 501(c)3 and anything that would be "shaved off" the price would be considered a tax-deductible donation. Again, we are not looking for a handout, just a hand in getting something safe and reliable to transport horses in need. (Of course if someone was kind enough to donate a trailer completely, then we would have more to spend on hay, grain, veterinary and farrier services for the shelter horses.. and we would gratefully accept that!)

Thank you
