Hi folks its me (again). Just finished today pulling out all the rotted paneling and insulation from a 2001 Eby living quarters I bought recently. Front corners both leaked. Before pulling it apart, I took it back to Eby and they recaulked the rivets and front corners pretty well.
I also have some very subtle mildew on the bottom trim wood of one side sliding window, but I can't find any caulking failures there.
So, my question - any clever ideas to help me avoid having this problem again? Anybody else have this problem? I had an Eby stock that leaked in the gooseneck, but I didn't care it wasn't finished. I have a friend with an Eby dressing room and he took it back for leaks.

I had a problem with leaks in the sleeping area of my gooseneck. I discovered that the drain "slits" on the outside frames of the windows were clogged, causing rain water to back up and spill into the trailer.
Took a screw driver and cleaned out all of the dirt in the drains and problem fixed!
