Anybody know or have had any experience with these trailers?  I did a search of the posts on here and not one time did Phillips appear plus there is only 2 pictures on the tech site.  I found a 1978 2 horse with a tack room for super cheap.  Trailer structurely is in awesome shape.  Cosmetics need help, but not worried about that.  Was just wondering if anyone knows anything about them.  Thanks for all info, its greatly appreciated.
