This may sound crazy, but I have a 2007 featherlite 8541 model and one of my drop window stops is broken and I can't find a replacement anywhere.  

 Any suggestions? I did contact a dealer and they need a picture of the part and my vin#, is that normal??? Please help!!

Location: Texas		No, it is a rectanglular shaped rubber piece. I never thought this would be hard to find..lol I feel like its a pretty common trailer.

yes, a picture and a vin number is normal.  they can look up the exact build sheet with the vin, and the picture helps to make sure they have the correct part.

Does anyone have a good contact number for Featherlite?  I have a friend that is wanting to purchase an additional saddle rack to go in the dressing room and is having a hard time getting through to them.
