I have a C & C horse trailer. I need to know what you call the nut that goes over the wheel lug nuts and bolts. It is something that keeps the wheel simulator on. Its threaded inside and out. Confusing I know. lets try this. The wheel is on and the lug nuts are on. Next the wheel cover ring goes on then you have to have "this nut" on over the lug nut in order to put the center cap on and secure it with another chrome nut. It about 2 1/2 in in lenghth.

I know exactly what you're talking about, two to each wheel. Only way I've seen those is with the wheel cover/simulator package.... I think it's a "not sold separately" item. You may try contacting these folks, they may be able to help.  http://www.jaeeagle.com/

I finally did figure out its a stud extender. Went to a few different sites but I needed to see pictures to make sure of what I"thought" I was talking about. NO Pictures! I did solve it finally. Coast to Coast trailers is sending them to me.

Thanks for the help.
