As I am renovating our LQ trailer, my "honey-do"  list has expanded from a simple shower/toilet combo install to now wood laminate flooring, new kitchen cabinets, paint inside and out, adding roof a/c, and more. I enjoy DIY projects and good old fahioned hill-billy engineering, so I am after some plans/how-to/pictures for both a DIY awning and a DIY Hay rack.

Has anybody done either of these?

Thanks. I checked them out yesterday, but I'm not too impressed with the price. Their pictures have given me a lot of good ideas and a good starting point.

my old trailer had an awning (sort of DIY) I got from the JC Whitney catalog. it came in a bag w/ colapsable poles, stakes, ties, etc. we put a permanent metal chanel up on the trailer, then it would take 2 people to slide the end of the awning in but once set up it was very sturdy. cost was about $250 for everything.
