I was so amazed at how much my trailer drop from the time i brought it new until today. i dont think i will ever buy a new one again buy used and save $$

Are you basing your " price drop' on what trade in is or what you can sell it for yourself? Steel trailers w/LQ's don't hold their value as well as Alum. trailers and better brands (area specific) are usually higher resale yet. Homemade LQ's really take a hit if not properly installed. If you paid too much when bought new, it will also effect your used value.

I bought a new Sundowner LQ in 2000 and sold it a few years later for about 15% less than I paid. I think I could have gotten more, the 1st person that looked at it paid full asking price.
My friends are trying to sell a Dream coach that they paid 80K for and I think they will take a minimum 30K hit to sell it
