Are aluminum floors in an all aluminum trailer subject to the same corrosion and degredation as the floors in a steel trailer from such things as road salt, horse urine, poop, etc?

No. Aluminum has as much higher natural resistance to rusting than steel. Many steel trailers also have wooden flooring, which if properly maintained, can last decades.
