I have a coleman mach and I am a bit disappointed with the little bit it even cools off the  inside of my uninsulated aluminum trailer.   It just feels like a fan... doesn't even cool it off  like a house air conditioner...    thought it would work better... is it because of the trailer not being insulated?  I have heard people say that their air conditioner cools off their uninsulated trailer real well.. mine just feels like a fan and hardly any cold air.. is there something I need to do to it?   I have also plugged into a 30 and 50 amp outlet and get the same results...

What BTU is your AC? 13500.... How big of an uninsulated area are you trying to cool? 15 to 20 degrees lower than the outside temp is about average for a Coleman Mach II and that's for a 10' insulated DR. Uninsulated, 95 degree day with full sun, it would do good to lower it any more that 10 degrees. If my compressor stays on for a long time, it tends to freeze. I'll switch it off of AC and let the fan run for several minutes until there's a strong air flow, then switch it back to HIGH fan speed. It won't freeze up nearly as fast on high as it will on medium or low fan speed. Your AC may need service... Filters clean??

I had a 2ft short wall dressing room and my AC froze it.  I don't remember the brand but if it was running during the day there would be condensation running down the ouside of the trailer.  I want to say it was a dometic.......
