I have spent too much money on horses and trailers this year and am feeling cash poor. I am looking for a cheap and easy way to add a semi permenant stud wall to my front stall so I can use it for storage. I have some plywood laying around and am thinking I may just find a way to clamp that to the front divider and call it good for now.

blackcows, I did the plywood thing and it worked just fine. I didn't drill the divider. I put slots in the plywood just above and below the divider, front and back and middle. Then I got some of those little ratchet straps and strapped the plywood to the divider. I went all over the US like that with no problem.

I also used plywood for a stud wall in a previous trailer. I made hing brackets to match the brackets on the divider and on the wall to keep it steady. I also put eye bolts on the plywood in strategic places so I could use bungee straps to hold things like camp chairs, tables, etc. in upright positions to make more room in the front stall. I used 5/8".
