We have been telling everybody that comes thru our shop AD NAUSEUM to please pull a fuel sample if the have ANY type of trouble under the hood with Ford, GM, or Dodge, BEFORE they call a wrecker and have a neutral witness when you pull it....... ALL 3 of the OEMs are getting bad about denying warranty if they can blame contaminated fuel. It is a huge rip-off and only going to get worse in this economy. Peterbilt/KW are worse.

Had nearly the same problem with Dodge. I bought a brand new one and at 72,000 miles I had 36 Dodge shop repair tickets. They never did fix the thing. On the last one I gave up and sold the sorry thing. I will never own another Dodge. When it was out of the shop it was the best truck I have ever owned, just stayed broke down all the time!!

You are correct. They all will deny you if you give them the chance.

Good luck to you. I really get mad when I here this. Ticks me off and it is not even me. I have added a couple extra filters to my truck for this exact reason.

Still no news....its been 2 weeks since they resubmitted the claim.....is this a good thing or bad thing it's taking so long? What's taking so long anyway? Glad I dont rely on that vehicle for daily transportation!

Flip a quarter, could be good or bad.
You still need to get the number of the TOP DOG and call them and not rely on the dealer to do anything, they have already proven they are not worthy of making the customer happy.
