I recently purchased a new horse- 4 yr old purebred arabian..to die for...and I am heading out saturday to pick him up. I am in Michigan and the horse is located in Minnesota. I called a hauler but he won't be available anytime soon and the price is a bit more than I wanted to spend. So I will get out the trailer, load up the dog and head out.I think i will sign up fir US rider, I have read good things about this outfit and might give me some piece of mind.

If I were just going along the highways I wouldn't be too concerned about coggins or health papers but I need to cross the Mackinac Bridge and there is a USDA check point. They will want to see the paperwork...the check point is there mostly to check cattle haulers but since they have to do something to earn their keep, they will also check out a horse trailer. So yes- i will need this and am working with the seller to obtain them.

The horse is to die for!!! Am happy for you!!! What farm did you get it from and what are the bloodlines?? I have Arabians myself, but I'm into the Paint, AQHA, Arab cross but still appreciate the purebreds...We are gonna need more pics when you get more...
