Looking at used trailers. Many brands out there. What is structurally the best buy and make out there?
Welcome to HTW!!! I don't really think anyone can answer that but you..... Shop around, look at them all and take notes. You're the only one that knows what you like/want.

lletsinger, I'm with Gard. If I could afford it, I'd have a Blue Moon, without a doubt. Failing that, I have both a Featherlite (all aluminum mid range, like Exiss Event) and an Elite (high end, like 4 Star and Platinum). I am totally happy with both trailers. Each fufills the need for which I bought it. If you search this forum you will find several threads which will talk about which trailers fall in which structural categories, low, mid and high for all aluminum trailers. You will also find threads which talk about the differences in construction materials, all aluminum, steel/aluminum mix, and all steel and various types of roofing materials (aluminum and composites). For best buy, if you are a cash buyer, I would go for an older (like early 2000), lightly used, well maintained, high end all aluminum. If you need a cheaper price, go for a mid range.

Everyone pretty much loves THEIRS,. for a variety of reasons......paid for, floor plan, structure, color scheme, horse features, mid tack, ramp, no ramp, mangers, or no, the list is eternal. You really need to look at a bunch, sort through what means to most to the owners, and what would mean the most to you....
